Poor. No basic facility of hot plate. Unprofessional behaviour of staff and management

I found my apartment through Airbnb and it was described exactly as I found it. Entry via the key box was very practical and this apartment is wonderfully suitable for one or two people. A detailed folder with information about Lucerne and its sights is available in the room. There is a gas station opposite where you can get everything you need quickly. Lake Lucerne, the city center with the train station and the nearest supermarket are all within walking distance.
