The main reason I chose this hotel is because of the proximity to the metro station. It's an advantage when you dont need to walk far to reach the metro station which can get you around Tashkent easily. I arrived past midnight and there were quite a number of people who arrived the same time as me from the railway station so check in process took quite some time to complete. I realized I was given a single bed on the ground floor and I asked if I could have a double bed and was moved to the upper floor with a double bed. Was grateful for the upgrade but then the other people on the second floor was noisy you could hear them shouting once in a while along the walkway, so the soundproofing is not very good. Room was decent, pretty big and so was the bathroom. There was an inviting pool which I didn't get the chance to use. The breakfast was pretty good as there were more items on the western side so it was quite intuitive what I was eating though I also spotted the kassa which I liked a lot. It was pretty okay to stay in this hotel, nothing much to complain about and quite worth the value. One of the more reasonably priced hotels you can find within walking distance to the metro.

Great hotel. Obviously, for a 4 star hotel they had to deliver and they really did. As promised, I had my 2 beds, safe, refrigerator, cold AC, mini bar (not free but it's there with lots of goodies). Hotel labeled toiletries, quiet rooms. Stayed there 3 nights - didn't find time to use the pool or have free breakfast but all looked good and welcoming. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. 3AM half asleep we had to get to the airport. They presented a car on a spot - loaded my luggage and 10 minutes later I was at the destination. I give them A+ all around.

I stayed there in the beginning of June and regretted that I chose this hotel. Next time, I will choose a different hotel in Tashkent. Staff members at reception were very rude and ignorant, not helpful at all. The interesting part was all of them are male, sitting and standing there and have no respect to women. I felt that a different reception staff can give you a different price for the room or extra bed. I was charged at one cost, and next day I was asked to pay more, and no receipt was provided. If you respect yourself and be respected, don't stay in this hotel.
