The hotels service is a joke. They lack competence in organization, communication and commitment. We booked one of the “serviced apartments” on Airbnb. The check in was managed by the receptionist because it’s inside and part of the hotel. When we arrived they had no information in their system about our matter. Turns out the booking process is outsourced to an external agency. So the hotels way of resource management is calling the agency and asking them. But they could not reach them. The hotel offered us to rest in the room we had a reservation for. But if they would not be able to get a booking confirmation from the agency, we had to pay the hotel directly. I declined (smelled fishy to me). After an hour and a discussion about who should be accountable, the hotel managed to get the agency on the phone. The booking was confirmed. But if you were wondering how they manage to avoid double booking their rooms - they don’t. We have to change rooms on our last night. Location: directly next to a club and a karaoke bar. Loud music and annoying karaoke singer.

I've been to many 4,5+* hotels, but this charming hotel really surprised me in the best way! - the amazing, beautiful French architecture and design. - the luxury and spacious room. - the cleanliness. - the perfect location in the center of Hà Nội city. - the professional and friendly staff I wish we could spend more time in this hotel! Highly recommended!

Would have given it a 5 star if the room was more sound-proof. On my last day of stay, a whole bunch of kids were playing on level 3, stomping, running and laughing loudly till late (way past midnight). I was chatting with a friend on the ground floor (till almost 11pm) and could hear the laughing and saw an occasional one running down the stairs then taking a lift back up.
