Hoa Mi - Villa Condotel

Stayed here 3 nights. Walls are thin and first two nights you could hear screaming kids from other families, and there was a drunk gathering on our balcony (balconies are shared between rooms) that didn’t stop till midnight (only after I told them to). Third night there was karaoke BLASTING from the neighbouring building till 9.30pm. We didn’t mind since we weren’t sleeping but for anyone going on an early flight and wanted to go bed early it would’ve been a problem. Wifi was poor. I had work meetings online to take and spent my phone data for 3 hours of Google Meetings (which wiped my data). Booked for a room with green walls. Got a room with grey walls that made the whole room feel drabby and dull. Only good things is that the room is large and the staff are nice (but somewhat inadequate/incompetent). For those booking on Agoda or western booking services, you’ll pay after you’ve finished staying. It’s either bank transfer or paying in cash (they don’t take card) so make sure you have enough cash or be prepared to do an intl bank transfer (which might take awhile for them to get) Could’ve found better places for the same price.
