PROS: -The location was good: close to the opera house, Tam Bac Lake, and the long line of parks. -Spacious room and bathroom. CONS: -Very strange layout of the entrance. The bottom floor is a parking garage and bird menagerie. The reception is on the floor above, and has some very tacky decor. -Reception has poor English, even though I noticed many of their guests are foreigners. -Breakfast buffet included, but it has a very minimal selection -Tea and kettle are provided in the room, but no coffee -My room had a broken bathroom door and could not close

My experience with that hotel was good.. Of course it wasn't that luxury but it suitable for midclass visitors. -The rooms was good and provide with many facilities that you may need (T.V. , air conditioning , bathroom with a shower room ) -The elevators was in new condition. - The wifi service was excellent for me. - room service wasn't that good and it's only available for certain hours (every day i was trying to catch the laundary). -The mini bar wasn't expensive at all. - i didn't deal with the hotel's restaurant alot but i think it face problems in general cleanliness. -The staff was good and polite but no one there speak English even the receptionist was spoke english hardely
