Really nice rooms and beds, one of the best I’ve had for a while here in Vietnam. Good air con and a fan which was nice. Lovely lady running the place. Great English and very friendly. Cannot really complain about anything at all! Also very close to the old town, just a short trip over the bridge. If I find myself in Hoi an again it will be this place I stay!

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The room smelled humidity, the bed sheets were dirty, not properly dried and super stained (in the picture) and the room was dirty. The view seems nice but the landfill next door is a dump and the river in front super dirty. Do not recommend at all. Unless you’re under a low budget. A very low budget. Because you can find something better for 1€ more per night. Avoid. Answering to the sassy owner: you should be ashamed. You made us look for a new hotel at 22:00 in a city we don’t know. Fortunately we found out a very nice hotel Hoi An central who gave us a nice service and clean rooms. I posted a picture of the dirty beds you served us. Don’t try to deflate the situation. I do give bad comments if the place deserves it. Shame on you.

Run down! I imagine this was once an amazing place to stay, but has fallen into disrepute since the pandemic. The rooms smell of mildew and the pillows are growing black mold. The moved me to a smaller room without a view because my garden view suite had a leak. Then they overbooked the hotel and asked if I’d help them by moving to a nearby hotel for one night. I never went back. I’ve included pictures of the moldy pillows from both my rooms.

The place is very nice, the room & the bathroom were wide and comfortable. The lady host was really kind and helpful. She helped us with everything we needed - transfer, trips around, information for good-to-eat places, massages. And the banana pancake, offered for breakfast was the best I have ever had! The location is in a walking distance from night market and the main shop street.
