This hotel is perfect for visiting by foot the old city of HoiAn. The gym room is good the pool is big and the staff are very lovely. The spa is amazing and the massage are wonderful. The only thing wasn't so good is the breakfast it's not fresh but it's ok. Be careful there is some hot water problem too

Beautiful boutique hotel in central Hoi An. Large clean room with comfortable bed. Daily Breakfast was fantastic especially sitting next to their beautiful pool area. Talking about the pool, it's gorgeous but close quite early at 6:30pm. It's heated so was very nice to swim in after a long sweaty day in town. Location was great central to all nearby attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

This hotel is about 10 mins walk to the river and old town. It would have to be the best serviced hotel we have stayed at in a long time. The staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to see if they could do anything more for you. From the reception desk Irene was absolutely lovely and helped us learn some Vietnamese and practiced with us everyday ( although we needed a lot of help) in the Restaurant we were greeted by Mary who went above and beyond and knew I liked mango so arranged for it every day for our stay to our table as well as asking if there was anything else we wanted she would arrange to get for our breakfast as we we’re staying for 2 weeks. James made us a great cappuccino everyday when he saw us walking in for breakfast and always stated the day with his great big smile. Anna also in the restaurant always went above and beyond and was always on hand to get anything we needed. The housekeeping staff always were friendly and did a great job in refreshing rooms everyday. It’s an older hotel with a fairly large swimming pool and many sun beds to sit and relax for the day but the staff absolutely make this place and we will definitely be back and recommend to any of our friends that are travelling to Hoi An in the future.

Had a one week stay at this quaint hotel about 10-15mins walk to ancient town. Room was spacious, clean and housekeeping did a great job cleaning up daily. Excellent food spread and they were being replenished constantly throughout the entire breakfast time. Key highlight was the STAFF, everybody was friendly and helpful especially Joy, Kelly, Irene and Pink. They really took the initiative and effort to make our stay very comfortable and welcoming! Keep it up! The only downside is the facilities - room had a little musky smell and the aircon should be more well maintained. Gym facilities also need a bit of update as some of the equipments were rusty. Service 5/5 Location 4/5 Cleanliness 4/5 Room 4/5

We recently stayed at the hotel and were treated to excellent service by all the staff and in particular Irene and Kelly. All the front office staff were of great help too especially Joy and Pink. They were helpful in giving us directions and recommendations. The hotel room was spacious and the daily housekeeping excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its staff and location. Thanks you everyone !
