We had a great stay at the villa in Hoi An. We were a large group of five families who booked the entire villa. The host went above and beyond, arranging tours, cooking breakfasts, providing local recommendations and even taking care of our laundry. The villa itself was great. Highly recommend this for a memorable experience in Hoi An!

BEST EVER HOTEL WE STAYED IN HOI AN !!! The room is clean and massive from clean fridge,veranda view is amazing and relaxing and walking distance to old town and the river lantern.The owner and staff are very friendly they can also do laundry service in super cheap price perfect for relaxing holiday and the pool view in your veranda is the best sorrounded with coconut trees😍

We had a wonderful stay at the Hoi An Discovery Villa. We were upgraded to a very nice and spacious room on the top floor, with a small balcony. The hotel is a beautiful house, with a small swimming pool, and is pretty quiet. There are plenty of bikes available for free, and it is a short ride to the center of town, the beach, and the rice fields are just a few meters away. The included breakfast was great and filling, and they even made pancakes for my partner that were not on their menu! We 100% recommend staying here.

We had a really lovely 3 night stay here with our young family (kids 2, 4 and 7 years old). Being out of the Old Town we found the location perfect for us, quiet and safe whilst also being close to great restaurants and shops, and you can walk to the Old Town or easily get a Grab or similar. Thanh and her husband were so helpful and accommodating, they also arranged our airport transfers which made things very smooth. The breakfast was great (both Western and Viet options), the kids particularly enjoyed the fresh juices. We also really enjoyed the pool. Though small, it's clean and shady, making it a perfect place on the hot Hoi An afternoons. We couldn't recommend Hoi An Discovery Villa highly enough, we'd love to come back!

Nice little hotel/home stay. The pool is small but good, about 6-7 loungers and sheltered with palm trees. TV has about 100 channels and I could only find 2 in English - HBO and Nat Geo. Room has a fridge, kettle, AC, big TV, comfortable bed, tables and chairs (inside ANF on the balcony). The owners are really helpful and accommodating. They have a BBQ here that you can use, they'll set it up and get it going too. The only thing I disliked about the place was the shower, the water was pretty cold and never warmed up :( I'd probably stay here again.
