I came here in the morning and couldn't check in, couldn't check in until 2 pm but they allowed us to leave our suitcase from morning until i came back to check in. The hotel staff was very friendly, they helped carry our goods. You can't find an elevator here because of city policy. Even though the room we ordered was not the room we stayed in because the room was not ready, they compensated us with a more spacious room. The room has a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Staying here is very comfortable.

Unfortunately upon arrival at Hoi An Dream City Hotel we could tell something was a miss. The room had smell was musty so we decided to properly look at the room. Straight away we saw the problem - a enormous patch of mold above the bed. It had been painted over in an attempt to hide it but the mold had grown through it. We went to the reception and explained and we were shown two other rooms. Again we could smell the musty smell and inspected the rooms to find more mold and a decent amount of water damage throughout the room. The rooms were decent sized and the hotel is in a good location but the mold was an automatic cancelation of our booking and we found another place to stay. If you plan to stay here check the room thoroughly!

Small hotel with real hospitality. Prime location, Staffs are nice, bicycles are free, a small swimming pool. However there’s no elevator. Price is fair at 400k VND (US$17) for a double room. Highly recommended.
