Nestled in the heart of Hoi An, the Majestic Hoi An Villa is a hidden gem that exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Located just a stone's throw away from the bustling night markets and other central attractions, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the city. The owners of the Majestic Hoi An Villa are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you step through the doors. They go above and beyond to ensure that their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and this was evident in the little touches throughout the hotel and daily room cleaning. But what really sets this hotel apart is their exceptional service. When I accidentally left some personal belongings behind after checking out, I was worried that I might never see them again. However, the owners went above and beyond to track down my items and deliver them to my next hotel, even though it was several hours away. This level of service is truly unparalleled and demonstrates just how committed they are to ensuring their guests have a memorable stay. Overall, I would highly recommend the Majestic Hoi An Villa to anyone visiting Hoi An. The location is perfect, the owners are friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast options are delicious. But it's their exceptional service that truly sets them apart and makes this hotel a standout choice for anyone looking for a truly memorable stay in Vietnam.

Amazing! They are so kind and helpful. The owner helped us a lot by explaining how to get around, booked us tours and even have bikes that you can use to get around. Rooms super cozy and clean! Highly recommend and hope to be back!!

We just spent 5 nights at this wonderful little family run hotel. I’m typing this review while relaxing by the pool and waiting for our taxi. The owners are such friendly, genuine and helpful people who made our stay so easy and relaxing by helping us organise transport, laundry, giving us recommendations and by just being so kind. The rooms are great with good aircon, nice showers and the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in for months! The pool area is lovely and shaded, with plenty of room to relax and the provided breakfast is delicious and fresh. The best thing about Majestic Villa is the location! It is in a nice quiet street with a mini mart right across the road, yet only 5 minutes walk from the night markets, old town and some of the best food in Hoi An. I really wish we could have stayed here longer, we had the best time. Thank you so much for looking after us!!! Hana and Isaac :)

Probably the best service and cleanest room I have stayed in while in Vietnam, especially for the price I have found that in the mid range price point, it's a coin flip if you get anything additional for your money, or if it's just a nice lobby with your standard "good enough" room. This place is definitely worth the money and more, in fact, they could be charging a lot more. Very clean, very comfortable. Things worked, weren't broken, no bugs or other common icky things. Front desk and other service were so polite and so helpful. Unfortunately warm folks here. Thanks so much. Location is good too....far away from flooding when river is high! Close to all the things without being in the guts of it all.

Perfect location, a few hundred meters from the old town and the night market. We arrived as customers but left as friends. They did everything to make our stay perfect. They also advised us on beautiful excursions, inflated the tire of the motorcycle, and more, and more... As for the room, it was very comfortable and pleasant. A good bed, a nice shower, enough hot water. We could even make ourselves coffee every morning with the items provided. As for breakfast...yum. I would definitely go back and I encourage you to discover this gem.
