I stayed there for over 2 weeks and had an amazing time. Thanh (host mom) helped me with many things like the visa run to Laos or booking the train. She gave me recommendations for touristy and locals stuff to visit in Hội An. For example nice beaches or restaurants locals go to. The room was big and had everything I needed: cozy bed, little fridge, clean bathroom and possibilities to leave my stuff (bedside table, commode, armchairs). I also rented a motorbike for a good price. Would definitely come back. Reasonable prices, lovely host family (thanh, her sister and mother) and good location. (close to old town; cute street with good restaurants, coffee shops, small grocery shops and nearby streetfood)

Perfect place to stay in Hoi An. It’s a short walk to the Ancient Town but far enough away to escape the crowds. Rooms are lovely and owner is a wonderful host. Also located very near some of the best restaurants in Hoi An.

The homestay is located in a cute and quite neighborhood at the edge of the old part of town about a ten minute walk from the center that didn't flood even when there was very heavy rain. The owner is friendly and helpful and runs the whole place by her self. She speaks great English and recommended an excellent vegetarian restaurant right down the street. The rooms are spacious and the beds are quite comfortable but the floors and surfaces are not very clean and the hot water is problematic - It only works on solar so that on a very rainy day there was no hot water and the rest of the time that were partly cloudy the water was only mildly warm. Even so, it's hard to find reasonably prices places near the center of Hoi An so if you're on a tight budget it's still a good option.
