Rooms are perfectly clean and we love the swimming pool! Hotel gives good recommendations about activities (cooking class, making a lantern and visiting my son). We had great fun with Sue, she is a great hostess and loved her enthusiasm. Also a big thumbs up to the other hotel personnel, who are always very helpful and ready to support you anytime! We were amazed how everyone is taking the time for you and the level of their English is astonishing. Hope to be back someday!

Stayed with my family (5 people). It was a great experience. The rooms were very tidy and spacious. Washroom was also spacious with bath tub. This was the best hotel we experienced in our entire Vietnam trip of 11 days. The staff was very courteous and was asking about our stay and experience in Hoi An. They helped us with providing a map of nearby areas to visit. It is just 2 kms from main market. And the best part was the breakfast menu. We are vegans and we had a lot of options in the breakfast. Al the options were delicious. Staff greeted and assisted everyone of us with different options we can have. Overall excellent experience.

Large and comfortable rooms, very relaxing atmosphere with beautiful pool area and surroundings, exquisite breakfast with huge variety of food. Our room had a stunning view on the pool & the river. Staff was very nice and helpful and helped us arrange our stay at best. Hoi An city center is 25 min walk, but it is a lovely and peaceful stroll along the river. Otherwise, free bikes are available for borrowing.

We stayed at Hoi an Riverside for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean, the bed was the best one we slept in during our trip in Vietnam and the showers were very good and hot without getting cold after a few minutes. The breakfast was delicious with cookies and Christmas cake. The staff was furthermore very kind and helpful and did the best they could to let us enjoy our stay. Thank you very much to Miss Sue and all the other staffmembers!!
