We received the most wonderful hospitality from Kevin, Ms may and Linda. What lovely, lovely people! We were very sad to leave you this morning. The hotel is in the perfect location, it’s just a 7 minute walk to the start of the old town. It’s a wonderful walk into town too. The pool is brilliant and the rooms great value for money. We didn’t have breakfast, we booked without so cannot comment there. The air con is very good, very powerful. Couldn’t have been better! Ms May drew us a map and recommended good tailors and restaurants, we followed all her advice and was not disappointed. They arranged washing and a very good deal on an airport transfer for us. Someone was also available, we’re very happy.

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel and decided to stay longer due to the incredible staff and their service. Linda and Kevin were an absolute delight and booked our airport transfers and tour days as well as recommending the best local cuisine and tailors. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from town but they have free bikes onsite so it took about 3 minutes to cycle in. It’s located in a quiet part of the town and even has a pool. The hotel is great value for money and the service during our stay was 10/10!

My daughter and I stayed here for four nights and were so happy with the service and hospitality we received from the beautiful little hotel. From the moment we were checked in by the beautiful Linda we were made to feel welcome. The second day we met the wonderful Kevin who like Linda was so very helpful. Nothing was too much to ask from either of them. Kevin helped us book some tours and a driver and Linda gave us some advice on things to do around Hoian. I would stay here again next time I'm in town. lf your looking for a great hotel with great service book into the Nostalgia Hoian, you won't regret it.

We had a good stay there. We could do an early check in and they where really helpful and friendly. The rooms where okay, some dirty towels but all in all okay for Vietnamese standards. The water didn’t work one day, but I could shower in an other room. Kevin insisted that we do the evaluation on booking directly when checking out, although I told him that I would do it during our upcoming train journey. He then also changed the review and added a comment himself and posted it under my name, which I can no longer change on booking. I find it very intrusive to forge comments about the accounts of customers, even if we had a good stay there.
