Perfect homestay! I spent 2 nights there and borrowed a bike for free to get to the old town which is less than 10 minutes. It’s a more quiet area which I was looking for so better check the location before you complain ;) Go for the private room if you can, it’s lovely and huge for one person, with a private bathroom. Lovely staff, very helpful. They also booked the airport shuttle for me and made laundry. Totally recommend the place, might be the best hotel/ hostel I’ve been so far in Vietnam.

Best place I stayed in Vietnam! The owner is the nicest person ever, and his dogs are soo cute! The atmosphere was so calm and nice, yet I made so many friends staying here. It’s social in the right not crazy party way. There are clean bathrooms, with good water pressure. The beds are comfy, with good pricing curtains and very big locker drawers that fits my big backpack, and my smaller bags. There are free bikes for use, which is very convenient since it’s placed 5min from the old town, so you don’t stay in the chaos! There is free coffee, tea and fruit available and a nice outdoor and indoor space to enjoy it. The WiFi is really good, and there is a great coffee shop next door where his dogs chill. The owner even took us on a free local food tour (just paid for the food we ate). When I come back to Hoi an, I’m definitely staying here again! He also gladly helped book a bus, and his staff was so nice and happy.

Great time staying here. Staff members couldn't do more for you and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. They had lots of suggestions on what to see and where to go too. Rooms were quiet and decent size with plenty of luggage storage. The bathrooms weren't great but that's mostly to do with other occupants leaving them in a state 😕

Oh my, where to begin. I stayed here 3 nights, and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. Location is great, only a 20 minute walk into old-town. The thing that stood out to me the most was the host: Phup. He’s the most kindhearted friendly person I’ve ever met he always put a smile on my face. He even does food tours for guests - at no charge! The only thing you do is pay for your food. He shows so much passion for showing people the foods of Hoi An (and Vietnam as a whole) Even better is the free bikes that come with your room! Great for exploring around Hoi An Overall and amazing experience, probably the best place I’ve ever stayed. If you can get a room here, do that, 100%.
