We stayed here for two nights and the people are very hospitable. Ninh was so welcoming and comforting. She made us feel like home and guided us very well around Hoi An. The breakfast was really tasty and the 24 hours available coffee was a cherry on the top. Also, the hotel is at a great location and near to the old town. Highly recommended.

First of all, thank you to the kind host. We went to pick up our suitcase before leaving for the airport in a tired state. The female owner was considerate for us to take a shower and provided us with clean bath towels. The male owner kindly guided us to take the grap taxi. The three-day stay was very comfortable and just like our house.

I stayed here and its feel like home! The staff is very lovely, thank you ninh for everything. The breakfast is included, it is very complete and delicious. The hotel has many bikes for free and you can take it at any time. The hotel is only 2 min to the old town, so we parked the bike in the old town, and then we walked around. The staff also offers laundry and the service is amazing. Definitely i will choose the hotel again.

This place is absolutely incredible. A complete wrap around service from everyone here. Susan and her family are the most comforting and supportive hosts we’ve had our whole time in Vietnam. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The shower was the best I’d had our whole trip - great water pressure and the option of an over the head rainfall shower or the usual handheld! Food was great, breakfast options included a small but broad range of western and Vietnamese dishes. Our stay here was actually a bit different to most. I myself was incredibly unlucky and became extremely ill with a heavy fever. So that meant I was staying in the room all day unwell during our stay. Susan’s family had to drive me to the hospital after I didn’t get better over a few days. We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality over this time which was pretty scary being so young and far from home. They all made me feel so much better and comfortable.

Susan, her family, and staff are very professional and friendly. They made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We were always welcomed with a friendly smile and Susan made an effort to learn everyone's names for a personalized homestay experience. She also went above and beyond by helping us communicate, plan tours, and arrange rides for our destination. The location is excellent and the environment was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The location is also very central since it's close to the beach and night life. Fast smooth WiFi + clean and comfortable rooms. Free continental breakfast offering a mix of Vietnamese or Western cuisine. Free bike rentals to cycle and explore the area! Thank you very much Susan and everyone at Hoianian Central Villa! It was a pleasure meeting you and your family. 10/10 would stay again!
