I booked a room here for 4 weeks for work, but I changed hotels after one week. Pros: location surrounded by restaurants; hotel provided body wash and lotions by Dove; fan in bathroom, which I prefer; short lag time between switching TV channels; rooms were clean; clean for the most part; attentive staff. Cons: fitness center doesn't open until 5:30 am; water cooler in fitness center leaks and contains warm water; luke warm water in the shower every Monday morning, at least in my room; breakfast not included in standard reservation; on-site bar and grill that serves breakfast doesn't open until 7:00 am; old fashioned AC/heating unit; elevator often smelled like weed - not the owner's fault, but just gives you an idea of the caliber of people that stay there. Also, the owners need to put some money into fixing up the place. I don't like to see broken lights in the elevator, etc.

Worse of IHG. Don’t stay here. Front desk, Helen, very condescending and Unhelpful. Gave me a room that with the bright green light shining in the window when the hotel was empty. On her cell phone when I came in. Didn’t bother even trying to hide it from me or put it down. Held it in her hand as she checked me in. This will sound pompous but as an IHG member, she should have acknowledged my membership, looked and given me a room with my preferences and given me a room upgrade. I received none of these perks. When I mentioned the bathroom was dirty, the bright green light, broken remote, etc, she wasn’t apologetic at all. Instead, she didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience of moving rooms when I had a dog with me. She literally told me to leave the dog barking in the room. I mentioned I didn’t want to do that to other guests and she just shrugged her shoulders. The food was not 4 star. 3 star maybe. Would only take cash, no credit card or room charge. They said their machine was down but when you looked at their sign saying this on the counter, you could tell this was there all the time. Seems like they just spray freshener in the rooms instead of cleaning them. I understand it is hard to find staff but everyone is having problems with staff. I travel a lot and I have stayed faithfully with IHG through out the years. You learn what to expect from the brand and this was ridiculous. I will be putting in a review as well as an email to customer service. Look for somewhere else.

I recently stayed at this Hotel and left my deposit in cash. When I checked out the receptionist was taking care of someone else so she said I could drop my keys in the box and I told her my room number. I forget to get my cash deposit so I called the hotel to ask them to mail me my deposit. They kept giving me the runaround for three days until I called back. I finally got to speak to the manager who was supposed to call me back a couple days ago. She stated that she couldn’t refund my money because more than two days have pasted and that I would have need to bring the deposit card in with me. Now, remember I called before the two days was up and they kept saying the manager would call you back (Shantee) but she never did. They know that most of the people that stay at this hotel are from out of town so why would you have such a stupid policy of not refunding someone their OWN MONEY in two days!!!!! There wasn’t any outstanding balance that needed to be paid because I paid everything in CASH. When I ask for Corporate phone number to file a complaint, she told me there’s no corporate branch. She said the hotel is privately owned 🤔. Ok, I will play the game. My advice to you is to stay at another hotel because this one is operating under some shady policies. Also, the property is not that clean, the elevators had trash on the floor, the carpets & sofas in the rooms need a DEEP CLEANING plus you can barely get someone to answer the phones when you call. The customer service lacks professionalism, communication, and common courtesy. I will be filing a complaint!!!

I can't believe how smoky the room was. The ceiling looked to be peeling from prior damage and a poor attempt to repair. No one cared about the issue or responded to my concerns. The phone rings and no one answers. I wasn't greeted as an IHG member or given my extremely high incidental charge of $100.00 back after my stay. What a poor location and representation of an IHG Hotel. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO THE HOMELESS, EVEN IF THE GOVERNMENT PAYED FOR IT.

We stayed here for my daughters birthday and we enjoyed ourselves! The kids loved the pool! I was shocked that it was a restaurant and bar there. The staff was very helpful and professional! We had to switch rooms because our refrigerator was not working properly. And it took no time to get a new room. The beds were very comfortable! We will definitely be staying here again! It’s close to everything as well.
