Don’t stay at this hotel if there is any sporting events with kids, running, door slamming and parents standing in hallways etc front desk will not help, unless you get in their faces directly. Next room smelled like bleach,, they bleached bed sheets and tower, I got sick because of it, left the hotel around 2 am. I will never stay there anymore. I called and spoke with manger about, was promised 1000 point for the discomfort, until this day still did not get it, and this was over two weeks ago. Bottom line I demand from hotels basic needs when I stay with them, this hotel did not deliver any of these, that’s why I wrote this review.

We had booked and paid for in advance a two-queen bed room and were told that we had a king and pull-out bed. My daughter and I have back issues and there was no way that one of us was going to sleep in a pull-out bed. After a lot of tapping on the computer, Violet found a room with two beds. When we got to the room we found that it had a connecting door to the room next door (my biggest nightmare) we always ask for a room away from high-traffic areas and with no connecting doors as we like to get to bed early as we get up early. Anyway. since it was the last room we thought "How bad can it be?" We could hear every word and noise coming through the connecting door, it felt like they were in the room with us. They had young girls in the room who proceeded to bounce up and down on the bed and scream and shout. We said lets give them to 10:30 pm to calm down, nope, they had downed many Smarties and Coca-Cola, we rang down to the reception as there were other children racing up and down the corridors all night also, to tell them about all the noise, they were aware of the noise and said that they would ask people to calm down. Anyway, they didn't, the noise in the adjoining room went on until nearly midnight, and then two men decided to stand outside our room talking and drinking beer - great just fantastic! And to top it all the guests in the room above sounded like a herd of hippopotamus stomping up and down the room. The only good thing about this stay was the nice lady who was on breakfast who was very pleasant and helpful 10/10 to her.

Everything was easily assessable. They use dove soap, shampoos, and lotion. They have good coffee. We got in late, and they gave us paper plates for our pizza. Very pleasantly surprised with this establishment.

My stay was fine, my issues stem from the lack of follow-through with the hotel staff and management. I was billed incorrectly upon checkout. Room number was listed correctly but w/ someone else’s information and different dates of stay. I’ve asked for an updated invoice so that I can turn this into my employer as an expense. It’s now been 4 days with multiple phone calls and false promises that I will receive an updated invoice.
