Stayed here for one night. Take the shuttle bus from Bay 19 to the hotel: sometimes it runs every 15 minutes, other times every 30 minutes and it costs £4 each way. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly and the food at the bar was delicious and I thought the prices were very reasonable too. The room was good also; the bed was super comfortable and it was clean; although there were signs of wear and tear in the room but that wasn’t such a big issue. I got a really good night’s sleep. The shower worked well and I liked the tea and coffee in the room too. Would definitely stay here again.

Had to book a night here last minute due to a missed connecting flight. Great hotel overall, rooms very clean, comfortable beds, very friendly staff. We had to catch an early flight and were able to package up some breakfast to go. Easy to get to and from the airport/hotel with the shuttle for 4£ each way.

The location is fantastic when you need somewhere close to the airport for an early morning flight, it’s only a 5 minute shuttle ride from the hotel to the airport and vice versa, it’s a small fee but worth it and very convenient. The room was really nice too and modern. Also, the restaurant and free breakfast was a nice perk too! Def recommend!

This hotel deserves a score total of between 4.3 to 4.6, not 3.8 which is currently showing. The price was good for the night, which included buffet breakfast (which includes fry up breakfast). Everything in the room was great, clean, bed had choice of pillow type, kettle tea coffee. Own ironing board and iron, walking shower, soundproof room. Everything worked properly, air con, TV channels, shower temperature etc (alot of the time I find issues in hotels, but they got it all right here). Thank you the customer service from Dhruv and his team, you have all been great.

The hotel's location near public transport, specifically Stratford station, is undoubtedly a notable advantage. This convenience makes it an appealing choice for travelers looking to explore the city. During my one-night stay with my family, I found the room to be clean, although I must admit it was a bit on the small side for a family of three. Similarly, the bathrooms were well-maintained but on the smaller side as well. The breakfast provided at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a decent start to the day. In general, I left with a sense of contentment, but I couldn't help but feel that the price was somewhat on the higher side for the amenities and space provided. Nevertheless, I appreciate the overall service and our brief stay. Thanks- A
