Was a solo traveler, yet given an accessible room (for wheelchair users) means there is no sofa and a huge empty space in the room. And there are only shower curtains in the toilet instead of glass doors, means bathing would cause some puddle of water in areas of the toilet which can be dangerous as no slippers were provided. The flush was SUPER loud, could feel vibrations on the floor. Housekeeping forgot to lock my door as well. I went back at night with the door lock out and ajar, thankfully nothing was stolen. Got to be very careful on this. Breakfast however was really good despite repeated menu. Very friendly reception and food hall staff as well. I like how hygienic it is to spray the tables with disinfectant for cleaning before the next guest uses it.

Amir the asset. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I've never stayed in airport hotels before and had a certain perception of them but due to my flight to Dublin being cancelled I had to stay a night in Manchester. My friends friend recommended this hotel for me and so glad she did! I will begin by praising Amir. He is incredible and would put a smile on anyone's face. A real pleasure to deal with. The reception and waiting staff were also super helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure all is well. Cozy bedroom. Good free breakfast. Rooms a little dated but for the price can't complain as it still clean and comfy. Benefit of a morning call option too.

Very nice hotel. Liked the location more than I thought I would before arrival. What looked like a red wine stain on a towel, not the end of the world. Got good sleep. Curtains blocked a lot of the light. Perfect for a weekend away for a few drinks.

The staff and management were the worst and needs full training. Staff were not friendly. No one welcomed us as IHG members. During the check in one employee who helped in carry our bags broke one leg of the bag in front of his manager who didn’t even apologize for the incident. Check out were horrible were your employee told us the taxi arranged and will arrive in 10 minutes. However, it takes us more than 20 minutes waiting and then talk the taxi for another guest just to catch our train !! Room service was bad. The lady just added new towels in the first 2 nights and left the room without any cleaning!! Room condition were not good. You can see the signs of damage all over the carpet and sofa. TV in the room belongs to the 90s. Breakfast were not good and not worth to even try it. The only good thing about the hotel is the location
