Very nice stay with clean modern designs. The rooms are spacious and include everything you would need. Free parking, breakfast, and wifi. Rooms were very clean and beds slept like a dream. In room climate control was phenomenal. I actually felt like I was in control of the temperature in the room which almost never happens in hotels. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Farah at the front desk even gave me a few extra makeup wipes on the way out when I was complaining of having makeup on my hands. Only 10-15 min away from Disney and easy to get in an out. Lots of food and shopping options very close by as well. This is not a luxury hotel, but the quality of my stay far exceed most luxury hotels I have stayed at. Highly recommend!

We had a cheer event at the Rosen Shingle Creek, and this was a perfect hotel nearby. Two adults and two children staying in a two queen room. Rooms were clean and new. Breakfast was decent for a quick bite before our competition. They had pancakes, warm cinnamon rolls, sausages and eggs; breads and muffins; juices and coffees. I had to knock down two stars because we got in from a long, long drive coming from out of town at 11pm. The computers were down and we had to wait 2 hours to get checked into a room. My daughter had a competition first thing in the morning so we were running on very little sleep. I chatted online with Holiday Inn, that I was sitting in the lobby for over an hour and if I could switch my reservation to a local nearby location. Rep wasn't able to and told me to call customer service. Called customer service and the lady I spoke to was very nice, and found me a nearby hotel but I would have to pay $165 to stay there... it's 1am at this point and then all the computers started working and we were able to get in a room. Rep that night gave us 3 vouchers for a snack (there was clearly 4 of us?), a checkout at 2pm, and we were given 5,000 points.

Check in was an absolute breeze.. we were welcomed well, our room was clean.. bed comfy.. conveniently located where we needed.. would choose this location again. Update: Fred is amazing, he's very funny and polite. He is the type of person that is absolutely perfect for customer service.. keep up the good work

Fred at the front desk for check in was AMAZING! Very friendly and courteous. He reviewed everything thoroughly. He deserves a raise or promotion. He certainly could be a mentor to teach other staff in the Orlando land area how to greet guests. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We stayed here for one night and headed north to St Augustine. We didn't eat breakfast as we were tired from our travels. But we certainly will return here in the future. Thank you Fred for making us feel so welcome😊

I stayed for two weeks on business and find the hotel to be wonderful. The common spaces and the room I had were spotless. I had a room on the 5th floor and it was very quiet. It often seemed there was no one else on my floor! The workout room was among the best equipped of any of the hotels I've stayed at including a rowing machine and elliptical, treadmills and bikes with individual tvs. The pool was clean and heated, there is a nice outdoor sitting area as well. Breakfast was well stocked with omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage, and or bacon, cinnamon rolls, a pancake machine as well as cold cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The staff was amazing and friendly. The one small problem I did have was quickly remedied, and I received a direct phone call by the general manager apologizing, as well as an email from the desk manager. I would be happy to stay here again.
