Quiet hours do not exist at this hotel. For 2 nights during my stay there was a large group partying in the lobby until past 1am. When I called the front desk about the noise, they asked if I could wait 15 more mins for the group to finish up their party. I understand that this may be a rare occurrence and I am sympathetic to the staff, but this was such a frustrating experience that I will not be staying here again. There are either no rules or the staff can't/won't enforce them.

It could have been cleaner for the horrendous prices. My friend had a wedding about I really didn't have to stay since I only live in white oak but since we were celebrating this weekend I wanted to get fancy. By fancy I mean staying at the "Holiday Inn".... Instead of my usual Best Western. Thought for the high price I'd get clean sheets and a drain that drains. The drain backed up within 5 mins of a shower. Although they had Dove soap dispenser that worked in my room but not my friends. There was major dust on the vents in the room which I only noticed because my wife had allergies and was sneezing like crazy. Before climbing into the sheets we always check them and there were tiny dirt bits and hairs. My friend had some brown spots that were questionable on the sheets.

The rooms we were given was moldy. It was so humid, the fresh towels were already wet and the hardware was rusty. Visible mold on the walls, ceiling and the door was hanging off the hinges. The front staff gave us a new room which was better. However, there was still mildew and red bacteria in the shower.
