Great location, close to MTR station. A little pricey per night but the location does make that worth it. Polite and friendly staff. Rooms clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and pillow options.

My family enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and big. They clean our room everyday. The staff were kind and courteous. Most importantly, the location was fantastic as it is situated near the MTR and lots of establishments and restaurants. My only complain is sometimes you can hear from the room on the upper floor and no bidet in the toilet.

Second time staying at the Holiday Inn. Rooms are a good size for Hong Kong. Room service is excellent. Buffet breakfast has a good variety and excellent service. Location is great. Across the road from MTR entry and multiple bus stops nearby. Walking distance to Star ferry. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The best hotel experience I ever had. Brilliant, professional and friendly customer service from the concierge, front desk staffs, house keeping and bistro staffs. I would like to thank Mr Martin for assisting us when we lost our phone in the taxi upon checking in at the counter. He even took the extra mile to lead my mom to her room while I rushed to the nearest police station.

This was my choice of Quratine Hotel during the pandemic. All though I hardly encountered any staffs, but the few I had interaction with were friendly and helpful. It also had a variety of choices for meals, locations was also convenient for my family to bring me stuffs. My stuffs were always delivered promptly. Room was big enough and I didn't feel like I was trapped in a box during my obligated quarantine stay. Overall great experience.
