The hotel is nice but there's something buffing about it. It's located literally 800 meters away from the biggest international airport in France and yet only one quarter of the staff (at best) here is capable of speaking English. This is just incredible

I was at the hotel for a business meeting and I was not expecting that the reception, restaurant and rooms were so confortable. The place has a very simple decoration, but right enough for the place. Room had a lot of space. Bathroom was good also (only a small hint that some water got out of the bath for a small slot between the floor and bath door. It should have kind of rubber to avoid it). Despite the fact that it’s close to the airport, we cannot hear the planes.

The service at this hotel was really awful. The staff at reception appeared to be very overworked. We booked and paid for two rooms, one of which we paid extra to have a rollaway bed for our 3rd child. On heading to the room, past midnight and extremely tired, we found no rollaway bed. We went to reception who told us to wait for housekeeping to deal with it - an hour later it was still not dealt with - we never got our extra bed. Next morning I woke with a horrible itchy rash which I am now quite sure was bed bugs. Do yourself a favour - don't stay there.

Rooms were great - bed gets 5 stars for pure comfort. Elegant and clean lobby. Buffet breakfast gets 5 stars - lovely, healthy, tasty. Shuttle service gets a 1-star: terrible. Shuttle arrived, did not open the door to let us in, and left. Receptionist at the lobby was clueless, thankfully her senior was able to provide good customer service and direction. A bit expensive, however I would visit again.
