Attended a wedding here, and the staff were great. The drinks were good, and the pool and hot tubs were well maintained and balanced and clear of any algae. Congratulations, Colton and Mickell! Their families were each an amazing group of people.

The website is deceiving…arcade-closed, restaurant-no, bedding was dirty we had to call for them to change it and they literally tried 6 different sheet sets because they were all dirty when they unfolded them. Couldn’t have told you we were in a deluxe room. Front desk manager was rushing everything paying attention to everything else but getting us checked in. The main floor is definitely the nicest areas otherwise seems very old compared to the pictures online.

This hotel was one of the worst ive stayed in. Its musty, dark, and very unsettling. We felt as though there were paranormal activities. Beyond that, their services were subpar. There are only employees on site over the weekend and when I needed a replacement key it took about 40 minutes for them to bring one and the man on the line at their sister location was rude. There are also no microwaves or fridges in the rooms, the decor is dated with weird quotes painted on the walls, and the water pressure is extremely poor. The lobby is the only nice area in the whole place. We were scheduled to stay for two weeks but moved hotels after 4 days. One of my coworkers found a roach in his room. The room didn’t feel clean and walls are paper thin.

This is by far the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The beds are awful as others have stated. The pillows are ridiculous. The window of the room is huge and the blinds and drapes don’t fully cover it. So at night time it looks like it’s noon day in the room. For someone who sleeps in the dark, sleeping as is it’s the afternoon is the worst. I basically didn’t sleep last night. The walls must be thin, because we could hear the neighbor snoring!! Because we could hear that we turned on the aC. Well that is as loud as a freight truck! Every time it turns on it’s super loud while it’s on. We paid $150 a night for this room and it’s a complete rip off. I would never ever stay here again and hope this saves a lot of people from having the worst night sleep ever!!
