Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful! The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a large, cozy bed. The amenities provided in the room were fantastic, except there were no minibar in the category of the room we chose. The reception staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, assisting us promptly and efficiently with any queries or requests we had. Their friendly and accommodating demeanor enhanced our experience. i am sorry i can't remember the names but i want to thank you for all your help. Moreover, we want to thanks the maintenance guys that help us with connecting our computer to the TV, so we can still continue our work remotely. The hotel is situated close to bakeries, grocery stores, and pharmacy, the convenience of having essential amenities nearby made our stay even more enjoyable. Exploring the local area was effortless, thanks to the hotel's proximity to these facilities. Moreover, the hotel's setting in a quiet neighborhood was great. Despite being conveniently located near essential shops, the surroundings were peaceful, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere during our stay.

Great Hotel in a great location in the city Center close to everything. The rooms are modern and well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. Bathrooms with Shower and Bathtub (we were upgraded to one of the apartments on the 11th floor). All together we had a very pleasant stay in Warsaw for 2 nights and would definitely come back.

The hotel is located well walking distance from the big main shopping mall. Rooms were comfortable shower is good. No fridge in the room if you have food items. Breakfast was very average nothing special. Staff were nice friendly

Very good mid range hotel in central location. The Holiday Inn is located in the center of Warsaw. The house is modern. My room was not very spacious but sensibly furnished. The bed was comfortable. The view of the city was great. I didn't miss anything in terms of amenities. The breakfast was good. However, the breakfast area is comparatively small and accordingly crowded. Overall, I can highly recommend a stay here.
