Note to management: I do not share my room with bugs. 514. Only a couple, but disgusting.. Second, mattresses should not be treated as a cost item. These were unreasonably hard. Finally, heat in 515.. the room to which I changed.. inoperative. Tub diverter didn't work so shower was never at full strength. Warm water, not hot.

The room had roaches and mold. We were given another room, but it was also moldy. The 3rd room wasn't as bad so we agreed to take it for the night. My wife broke out in a rash from the mold in the room and still has it days later. The front desk refused to refund the 2 night stay even with us just asking for a 1 night refund as a compromise. The best they offered was 30 dollars off the first night and some points. Most reputable hotels would have taken care of that night and not made you pay if you had a terrible experience. One of the worst hotel experiences and no empathy from the staff. Stay away unless you want to leave sick or like roaches.

Never stay here again. I can not recommend this hotel at all. After a long day of travel we didn't wanted to go out to eat. What a joke of " fine dining " We were informed that the only thing the restaurant can serve at that moment was hamburger, chicken wings and salad. OK, hamburger it is , my Director said jokingly out loud. The waitress came back 20 minutes later with ONE hamburger. What about me??? Unbelievable!!!!! Breakfasts in the morning was cold. Eggs, bacon yak. Although coffee was good. Lol. At check out I ask to pay for my incidentals ( rooms paid for by company) and the girl had NO CLUE what I was talking about. To make matters worse, they charged me for the room as well. AND,, I had 4 small little bags of chips and the bill for that was $34 . It was upsolutly ridiculous. The staff was nice though. Rooms were nice and clean as well.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Both nights the hotel was pleasant to stay at with no issues. The staff was kind and friendly. What really sold me on coming back to this hotel for my 2nd night was the bartender Richard. At Legends Bar and Grill Richard did his very best to entertain his guests. He would go above and beyond to try to brighten up your night with great customer service. You haft to be a little patient because he runs the front and cooks your food. The food is good though and the experience was worth the trip.
