Super comfortable unit! We stayed at Sunlake Condo. Full 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (2 have walk in showers), kitchen, washer and dryer and balcony with lake views. Gated community, close to restaurants and groceries! About 10 minutes drive to Disney. Checking in and out was a breeze and the condo was well stocked with enough pillows, towels and kitchenware for all of us. I must add that I forgot something after I checked out and management worked extra hours to help me recover it.

I had a wonderful time at this property, cleaning ,fresh and beautiful quiet neighborhood and Angie was my host everything was perfect I did recommend this place to anyone who’s visiting Orlando FL to check this place out. It doesn’t come with the food you see on my picture though but you should try it.

Awful experience. This company does not take guest safety seriously. They will schedule maintenance during your stay and not tell you when to expect workers. They hire contractors who don’t mark their vehicles with company info, and who are instructed to walk into the backyard without notifying the guest of their arrival. I stayed in a residential detached home in a nice neighborhood in Kissimmee FL. This was not a condo or multifamily property. The backyard was fenced and gated. A repairman showed up in the back yard unannounced on at Tuesday at 6:30pm to fix minimal damage that was here before I arrived. He didn’t ring the doorbell, no one notified me to expect him. I was hanging out in the pool and he just walked into the backyard. I thought he was a prowler. When I contacted the office they told me the backyard is not secured, and to run if anyone else comes into the backyard, and also that maintainence workers show up regularly. I asked if anyone else would be working during my stay, they said no. Friday afternoon the pool guy showed up trying to get into the backyard. I had padlocked the gate because I was afraid of thieves breaking into the property. I contacted the office again and they told me I have been rude and unreasonable for my entire stay, that I should expect anyone to come onto the property at anytime during my visit, and that I didn’t read the rental agreement. Then they scolded me for locking the gate, which their rental agreement states is the guests responsibility to secure. I emailed their office multiple times telling them how uncomfortable I felt with people arriving unannounced. They were dismissive and told me I was rude and acting weird about it. Edit to add after the owner’s response: They did NOT offer me a refund. I told them I wanted my money back and they laughed at me. They blocked my phone number and wouldn’t answer my calls. I didn’t want to ‘stay there for free’…I wanted a refund for a scary, weird, uncomfortable, and just outright poor customer service experience.

Our stay in this house and on Windsor Island was a great success with the whole family. The family loved the trip and the experience was very enjoyable. Windsor Island offers an exceptional site that allows us to spend the days as if we were in a southern resort. Angie from Orlando Short Term Rentals made herself available in a very efficient manner to support us at all times during our stay. The house was impeccable, clean, large, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We felt right at home. Everything was perfect. The location in the greater Orlando area is also strategic, allowing easy access to all possible activities, as well as to the beaches of the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico. We would definitely return.
