I recently stayed at the Holiday Villa Hotel in Kelantan, and my experience was a mix of pros and cons. The hotel, overall, gave more of a 3-star impression. 😐 One notable downside was the tiny elevator, which could be quite cramped. Additionally, it was inconvenient that the gym required contacting reception to access it. It would be better if the gym were accessible using the room key card for more convenience.😢 Furthermore, the lack of background music in the elevator and hallways created a somewhat eerie atmosphere. It would be more pleasant with some ambiance.🎶🎵 Parking was a significant issue, as the hotel had very limited space. On the positive side, the swimming pool was acceptable and added value to the stay.🏊🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️ The rooms were decent, offering a comfortable stay for one night. Overall, Holiday Villa Hotel in Kelantan is a suitable choice for a short stay, but there are some areas for improvement, especially in terms of amenities and parking availability. 🤗 i forgot to mention there's a fake market selling fake Gucci's and branded products nearby. i forgot the name 💀

Honestly, I don’t think this hotel deserve a 4 star. Even 3-star hotel in KL is much more better. 1. The toilet, I tell you, there were lots of small flies. There were lizard and small cockroaches. Oh and they gave us a used Bath Gel. It was half empty. 2. Asked for early check in, because apparently I arrived earlier than expected, they didn’t let me. I even willing to pay extra and asked to talk to the manager but they refuse. I came from KL, I have no where to stay. Lastly I just lepak at McDonalds beside the hotel. 3. The room is not sound proof at all, you can hear people from room beside you talking to their phones etc. 4. As we stay at Level 3 and the pool is at level 2. It is so annoying hearing kids screaming and shouting at 8am. 5. Parking space is very very limited. You can pay the reserved parking in-front of their hotel for RM20 per day but what nonsense. The parking provided for Hotel guest are limited. I came back late night and I had to park in-front of Watson. Overall, not worth it for a 4 start hotel. For the price? Okay lah. but to claim you’re a 4 star hotel? Nonsense.

Pros: Hotel facilities are good. Indoor swimming pool and kids friendly. Strategic location, near to Night Market Wakaf Che Yeh, restaurant and food stalls. Cons: Room is quite small. Parking quite limited during peak season/hours. Quite noisy due to next to the main road.

It is really a nice hotel with strategic location in front of the famous wakaf che yeh night market. I really enjoy the stay with nice city view from 8th floor. Spacious room with fair price. I dont know why others complain about the aircond, but no problem with my room. Need to turn on the ac using the remote control manually once you place the card key. Even though parking is limited but the staff will help you to find the safe parking. Recommended!

Room quite okay and spacious with average level of cleanliness Toilet and shower very small. Can get better toilet in OYO hotels tho. Some of the room lights not functioning. Bilik jadi suram. Breakfast quite poor with limited choice of food. Got cereal but no coco crunch (???). Elevator very smol. Cant fit more than 3 people with luggages. Overall, it would be okay for a 3 star hotel. But not for 4 star.
