The room was dusty. Hot water is not available. The washroom is not clean. But the location is good. Behaviour of the staff was nice. Also the price is reasonable.

On Friday and Saturday there is a night club in the back yard of the guesthouse that is very noisy with loud music until late in the night. I suggest to bring ear plugs with you. The room is spacious, the bathroom is not very clean and the shower not working properly. While I was having a short shower the man at the reception started telling me loudly through the bathroom window (wich gave on the corridor) "Stop having shower, too long". I swear it wasn't! And continued talking with me through the window. The breakfast is ok. It is cooked by the teenager son(?). Nothing special. The service is gentle, as I read in most of the reviews, but I felt it a bit anxious. Every time i had something to ask they continued proposing me to use their services and absolutely do not ask to anybody else. Bad luck? I don't know (I have been travelling through Nepal for a month and i think is no good value for the price of 1200npr). I programmed to stay two days before leaving the country but I decided to change accommodation for my last day in Nepal.

The guest house is good value for money. A lot of places are close by. The staff is friendly and can help arrange for adventure activities. You can also rent bicycles and roam around the city although it seemed expensive (1000 INR / 1600 NPR per day). Check out the bakery close by. It's surprisingly cheap and has some good stuff.
