My daughter has been going to this school for about a month now after transferring from a smaller, less safe school. I was almost deterred because of some of the reviews that I read on here but I am glad I decided to send her here. This is an amazing school and my daughter loves it. She could be having the worst morning and when she walks through those doors her whole personality changes. Her teachers are amazing and tell me she is such a happy child. Everyone I have dealt with at this school has been helpful, courteous, and SO nice.The women working at the front desk make a point to say hello and goodbye and address my child by name. They have called when she was injured falling on the playground. The attention to detail they provide in their care makes me feel like my child is well take care of. When I speak to someone at the front desk they have interacted with my child during the day, they can give me accurate information on how her day was that matches the report I get from her teacher. Even with all of the children in her classroom my daughter's teacher always takes the time to listen to anything I have to say and give me specific updates on my daughter and what she has done in school that day. I have also seen her take the time to give every child who speaks to her her full attention. Aside from all that, being able to watch my daughter on their webcam system whenever I want is a major plus and I can assure myself that she is happy and being well taken care of. Having been to a cheaper, smaller school prior to coming here I can certainly tell my daughter is better taken care of and safer here.

Home Away From Home has given my granddaughter a nurturing and loving environment in which to learn. The facilities are attractive and clean, with the staff being friendly and helpful. The teachers for my toddler are patient, loving and caring. I leave her there with the confidence that she will be well taken care of.

I wish I could give zero for my rating we tolerated so much disrespect from the "regional manager" it's amazing how she has that title. The fact that my wife was told that my son couldn't return to the school after Friday, so abruptly all because she didn't want to discuss a Google review with her is the most unprofessional response we have ever received. She still hasn't given an explanation as to why that was her response, and there is no valid reason for the "REGIONAL MANAGER" to respond in that manner. I really feel as if my son wasn't wanted there and she along with her staff were looking for a reason to get rid of him. I'm disappointed with the school chain, there selection for managers, and the owner who my wife has reached out several times with no response. This is not the environment you want your child in!
