Great stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Great that there are free laundry facilities for hotel guests. Breakfast, Fika and dinner were all delicious with loads of options for vegetarians! Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. 2 min walk to a tram stop connecting you easily to the centre of Gothenburg :)

Quite mixed. Room was decent in itself, spacious and comfy bed and couch. However two problems. First was 'sold' as having a kitchenette but once we got to room found no cutlery no plates no cooking equipment, have to pay extra for those! To me this is dishonest advertising and if I was in home country would be complaining to regulators. Secondly the AC was far too cold for us, it is apparently centrally controlled for the whole building with no effective in room control. Since the weather wasn't great and we already had colds these only got worse during our stay. Staff readily provided bar heaters but couldn't do anything else. Pet friendly hotel which is good. Gym looked great but due to my condition couldn't use during our stay. Provided breakfast and dinner of decent quality overall, one main choice for dinner which ranged from average to good. Tried the (segregated) sauna once but took quite a while to heat up. On site supermarket quite good, and small apotek also. Tram very handy, 100m away. Download the local app for tickets EDIT: Following hotel response re kitchen supplies, my point is not about you taking them away / having to rent them, it's that you advertise the room as having a kitchenette and it effectively doesn't since can't use it. Even on our booking confirmation where you KNOW how many nights we are staying you don't mention this, or at check in, don't find out until get into room. Dishonest!

Rooms are pretty big but of course no changing towels for 3 night. The room key cards constantly stopped working every day when we came back. Breakfast and light dinner were pretty ok too.
