Not a five star but it is comfortable. If you're used to the big rooms in the US then forget it. The rooms are small but again we're only here for sleeping. Their hospitality is great. Friendly staff, breakfast and and dinner provided and it's extremely good.

Excellent! Second year vacation with family! *Kids friendly (play room in first floor) *Room: Big enough for us.. extra bed and crib.. *Reception and service: Super nice people. *Breakfast: Very good!!! Many options. *Diner: Was good. *Bar: With good beer and wines .. Overall I liked again .. plan to be back for next Malmö Festival

We were very pleased with our stay here. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is an older style hotel with the standard rooms on the smaller side. This was fine for us as we were outside of the hotel most of the day and came back to sleep only. We were very impressed with the fika, dinner and breakfast that were included. Definitely great value for money. Late check out at 12pm was a luxury and a cosy lobby to hang in was welcoming. We’d stay here again.

The atmosphere of common places' (dining room, café/lounge) of the hotel were really nice and cozy. Fika and breakfast were great, breakfast had a big variety of good quality bakery goods and fika was great too. Dinner was a 6 out of 10,because spicing was either too much (soups) or none (main corses) and didn't have a lot of variety. The room itself was clean but the bathroom especially the bathtub had spots of mold and scale. The location of the hotel is great (10 mins on foot from Malmö C)

The hotel is probably in one of the best locations as it’s close to the train station as well as the main city attractions in the city center. On the other hand this hotel is far from a 4-star classification. The room is small and the bathroom is minimalist. The lighting in the rooms is pretty bad (I hated those leds). The floor was scratched all over. Since it’s cold (at least for my taste) I would have expected some slippers, but they didn’t offer any in the room. No bathrobes, no toiletries except the soap and the shampoo. It’s pretty basic.
