I am holding back a star for the room because the ac unit barely cooled down the room. And it was incredibly hot. The room is spacious, really nice size room. I had difficulty charging my phone because the charger would not stay in the loose outlet. The pool and surrounding area is very nice. I didn't care for the food from the restaurant. I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat was tough. Checking in late at night I thought the check in process could go better. And then no one to help moving luggage to the second floor. The young people working there are so very nice and try to be helpful with your stay. I paid $42.00 a night. Looking back I should have brought up the air-conditioning right away. Lastly when I first got into my room I saw that someone had wrote " welcome Robert S " in dried grass leaves on my bed. I was floored that they had thought to do this. To close it is a nice place but take note of AC right away and be ready to carry your own bags.

I booked this hotel via booking day before our stay, got confirmation. On arrival we were told that our room is not available, previous guests prolonged their stay. Whole hotel was fully booked. We were offered sister hotel 300m away, lower standard, with 12%discount from the previous offer. Imagine being tired after day of sightseeing in high temperature with children and then being confronted with this situation… we went to see the other hotel-, worse conditions (Central Corner d’Angkor) but was too late to look for something else. Most annoying was my name written with flowers on the bed… so they had enough time to do this but not enough to cancel my booking and giving me time to search something worth staying?… I don’t recommend this hotel :/

We had a lovely stay such beautiful grounds and swimming pool and the rooms were massive but the bed was a bit too hard for us. The food was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful thank you all 🙏🏼

When reading these reviews, remember we're talking about Cambodia, South East Asia. Not some 5 star in rich Europe. I loved this hotel. Is it perfect? No, but it was very clean. The staff were simply lovely and always did their utmost to be helpful. Their English is far better than my Cambodian. The rooms are nice and spacious. King sized bed. Spotless, good quality bed linen. A kettle, tea, coffee, creamer and sugar provided free of charge, and replenished daily. Along with bottled water. In the spacious bathroom, lovely shower gel and shampoo are provided. A bonus was a soft close toilet seat. No more hearing the toilet lid slam in other rooms. Plenty of towels were provided. Including pool towels upon request. If you want them, complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. The food at the hotel was excellent. Would you get your meals at the same time? Perhaps not, but when you did get it. It was freshly prepared and freshly cooked. The pool is a lovely setting, with a number of very comfortable loungers or tables and chairs. The bar is adjacent, with offer of 3 for 2 cocktails during happy hours. Very nice they were too. Anyone who complains is really not considering how much you are getting at an economical price. I would suspect are not very well travelled.
