Hot water should be in all bathrooms

The hotel is clean. But the information on booking is fake. We booked a room for 3 people and it was indicated 2 double bed. When we arrive, there was only two single bed, 2 towels, 2 bottle of water, and the staff at the reception keep saying that this is a room for 3 people. They don't want to change our room and we had an extra bed on the floor instead of 2 double bed. It was a bad experience in this hotel. There was also no hot water for shower
