The hotel is perfect and everything is sort out online. You get the key from the box and left in the same place. Close to Pisa tower and train station,from where you can go to Cinque Terre.Room is clean and warm,kitchen has everything what you need to prepare breakfast 🥞. Highly recommended

Soooo this place is good and bad, they're are some downsides such as mold in a few places and on one of my pillow cases, the shower is quite slow draining so cant have it on too long and the room itself smelt quite fusty but it's a place to stay and the owners are nice and accommodating over the phone, the kitchen is always well stocked for breakfast and has all the utensils and pans yould need to make your own food. I'd recommend it for a 1 or 2 night stay as i was there a while

Excellent bnb in pisa .everything in room that you need .fully equipped kitchen European breakfast plentiful,available every morning self-service .walking distance of leaning Tower and lively bar restaurant area.we had a great stay at a very reasonable price would stay again

HORRIBLE! Can't even find a single positive thing to say about this place. Dirty, mold on the ceiling, dampy and stinky rooms, clogged shower tray. The owner was nowhere to be found. Nobody even mentioned that we had to check-in on our own, which would be a very useful piece of information. We also tried to reach the owner via phonecall, unsuccessfully, so we had to figure out where the keys were by ourselves, in order to have a place to sleep. We managed to find the keys in a mailbox which wasn't even code-protected, instead it was tied with a shoelace for anyone to grab, because clearly the owner pays very little attention to safety.

That was the worst hostel i’ve ever been to. Horrible rooms with mold on walls, dirty beds, broken shower base, without toilet paper, bedclothes and unfortunetly many more… It was freezing cold at nights there even if the weather was good. „Breakfast” were some cookies in plastic bags and cereals that were probably standing there for months. We were waiting for an hour for some informations about our check-in, but noone was answering our calls so what was the purpose of asking us which time do we arrive? They send a message after that time Like nothing happened. Horror!!!
