Arrived today for 6 week contract. Front desk employee Henry was welcoming and pleasant. He assured that my room would be fresh and clean. My room was exceptionally clean and modern ( and I’m very picky ). I’m so very thankful to staff. Hopefully, I will continue to receive this excellent service. Hotel is in safe neighborhood right next to shopping center with grocer and everything you need . SHOUT OUT TO HENRY FOR JOB WELL DONE!

Be aware if the fire alarm goes off they don’t have any idea how to turn it off. Even the fire department was annoyed they were there because there is an override feature on their panels. Also the breakfast wasn’t good at all - the food was all dry & inedible when we tried it. Lastly the room was less than ideal our bathroom was kind of gross & not really clean. Good luck getting extra towels & they don’t clean during your stay anymore. Three nights & only two towels in the room. Hotels I understand not cleaning during a stay… but at least leave the guests towels and essentials to get through the stay. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I don't understand why this hotel is rated so low. We recently had a 3 night stay here and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing notably the day staff Cj and Shauna with an AMAZING welcome experience on the day we checked in and Sandra and Ms. Kizzie who were so helpful and gracious with our checkout experience. Breakfast was nice but if you get there 30 mins before it ends like we did a lot wont be restocked or available. The shuttle driver was amazing and kind and the shuttle operates as an area shuttle as well within 5 miles. The area itself is quiet but has so many places to eat and stores close by. We had a large suite room with the separate living room. The room was clean and well laid out. The pool and gym seem okay didn't have time to use either the pool was a little murky when first checking but I never checked back. All in all I would absolutely be back and whatever was lacking the staff more than made up for. Thank you!

With that being said I don't think I've ever had this bad of an experience during a stay at a hotel. I was not greeted properly when I arrived (I was not acknowledged as a gold member). We also had to wait for your staff to finish their dinner to be checked in. Then there were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa bed. I called the desk 3 different times and was eventually given sheets. My daughter's had to sleep without pillows because we never received them. Then between the hours of midnight and 3am the guests in the room above us decided to run back and forth and jump up and down causing my family to wake up and not get the rest they needed. I called the front desk 4 times and was told it would be taken care of. It did not stop until a 5th phone call when the lady at the front desk said she would send up security. The sink in the bathroom is broken and the wallpaper by the shower is coming off the wall. The shower also was not properly cleaned. The bathroom door does not close or lock properly either. The breakfast was sub par and missing numerous items one example is there was no batter to make waffles. This is by far in no way how the Hilton name should be represented. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one would be in until tomorrow.
