We were in Page and for under $100 all in it felt like a good value. The room was big enough. There were nice areas to put both our luggage up. The bed was way to soft so we didn't sleep well. The shower water pressure was good and hot. The room was clean. Breakfast was typical fare but kept replenished, the dining area was self managed so a bit of a mess. The hot tea and coffee 24 hours was appreciated.

Great rooms - a modern take on the traditional suite model. Modern furniture, clean lobby design, efficiency all around. I love hotels that use big bottles of soap / shampoo / body wash dispensers instead of wasting plastic in little bottles that are useless and wasteful. I do not like hotels that have bathroom doors that do not lock - this just doesn’t work for families with kids. Room service was non existent - even though we repeatedly requested and confirmed with the front desk. The best we managed was a stack of fresh towels picked up from the front desk. Laundry room has 3 sets of machines that take a stack of quarters - you’ll need $4 + $4 in quarters for one complete load.

Brand new construction hotel with a great location—I love all the hardware (room, gym, dining area). The room is spacious enough, even beyond my expectations. Gym equipment is new and in good condition. The dining area is also huge and can accommodate lots of people. However, after discussing the hardware, it's time to talk about the software. Firstly, I'm not happy with the breakfast. In my opinion, breakfast should include eggs, bacon, sausage, etc., which is very typical. However, they don't offer these; instead, they serve pre-made sandwiches. Another issue is that they seem to seriously lack staff. The pre-made sandwiches were out for almost 20 minutes while over 20 people were waiting, and they also ran out of coffee at the same time. It was 7:30 am, which is not a busy time. Additionally, the dining area seems to be self-managed, so it's kind of messy in the morning. Finally, when I noticed that they were short of staff, I started to understand why every staff member here has a poker face—from the front desk to breakfast servers, nobody is smiling (except one very young boy). I still feel that the hotel hardware is worth the $180 per night, but they do need to improve all aspects of the software.

The room we stayed in had other peoples hair, dirt, and grime on it. The room was also kept at 78° when we arrived 🥵 The kitchenette had dirt and hair all over the counter. The shower had pink mold in areas and the toilet paper was single-ply. Shower also had other peoples hair in it 🤢and the door to the bathroom had a lot of dirt and grime all over it. The hallways and elevator floors were disgusting. Lots of families and that made for a super loud stay. Kids coughing, crying, and being loud everywhere… even the hot tub. The breakfast was also a complete madhouse. The quality of everything was so low that I personally could only eat one thing. There was one employee keeping everything very well stocked, which was great. But because it was so busy, no one was cleaning the tables and we witnessed a lot of trash around and people standing to eat breakfast. Thankful we only had one night here because it was pretty bad. The bed was fairly comfortable but only had three pillows that were super hard.

Arrived to check in with a large family after a 11 hour drive. Staff was not kind, but I didn’t even care because we were so tired. Room was fine until we had an issue with the toilet. The front desk clerk was rude to my kids when they went downstairs to report it. To be fair I didn’t witness this, but then after 25 mins went downstairs to check on it (after calling because no one picked up) and the staff member said like I told your kids I’m working on it. I had to explain to her that I had 4 people waiting to use the restroom and asked for a new room and she said they couldn’t move us because we were full. Ultimately I shared that I would wait in the lobby until the issue was resolved, and it was. On top of this, there was no soap to wash our hands!! In the 20 years I’ve been traveling with Hilton, most of them as a Diamond member, I’ve never had this happen before. Giving a 2 star review for the kindness of the breakfast staff and the room was clean.
