I reserved 3 months ago a king size bed studio suite with separate area with a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the room was not available, and the only response was that they were fully booked, and were sorry. Instead, my family and I had to share the same room (2 Queen beds) and a curtain separated the room where the sofa bed is. No privacy for my family's needs. Second issue as we were getting ready to shower, the shower had not been cleaned, and it was filthy. There was only one bar of soap, and 2 large towel sets, nor where the liquid soap dispensers filled. Again, I had to call to have the housekeeping supervisor look at it, and have it sanitized and cleaned. The room's carpet were stained and need to be replaced. I received a call from Michelle the manager, and offered to place us in a room that had just become available. We decided to decline, because we were exhausted from traveling for so many hours and it was inconvenient to be changing rooms when I had reserved months ago my desired accommodation. After careful consideration, we decided nor to eat at this hotel, because we were concerned about the freshness of their breakfast foods. This is a Hilton property and it leaves a lot to be desired. The only positive comment I can say about this stay was that the housekeeper Dolores went above and beyond to ensure that the room and bathroom were properly cleaned. I don't think that I will ever stay in this hotel again. I needed the separate sleeping area for my family's comfort and privacy. Unfortunately, this hotel does not fit the Hilton standards and I don't recommend it at all.

The only hotel I stay at in Tucson. Rooms are always clean and employees friendly. Parking can be tight sometimes, but not horrible. Wendy is the best! I had to cancel my most recent trip to Tucson suddenly and she was completely understanding and made the cancellation a breeze.

Nothing fancy hotel, but Home2 is one of my mainstays because of the kitchenettes. My first room smelled horribly but they were very accommodating in switching me right away with great customer service and the replacement room smelled great! The hallways and elevators also had not the greatest smell and the carpets needed cleaning throughout. The breakfast, as compared to many other Home2’s that I’ve stayed at was very subpar and needs to be stepped up a bit in variety.
