Best experience for a furnished apartment in Dubai Downtown. Excellent location, view great to fountain and Opera. Supermarket 24hrs under the building, electric scooters under the building, lots of taxis etc. The flat so clean and has absolutely everything. Clean bedding and new towels. But mostly the service to support you with the check in and check out and any issue or need help, they were 5*. A lady called Angel was so kind, helpful and made my stay ten times better. I would definitely recommend the place and I look forward to staying with you again.

I book apartment from airbnb (erg hosts) They have wrong info. Some important stuff missing, bed count wrong etc.. they didnt apologize nothing. Just said " Thats what you booked".. 😆 😆 😡 Give 2 stars because finally they moved us to bigger apartment old but bigger, missing stuff there too.. Bad experience. I Never give my apartment to them to host.. unprofessional!

I’ve been using this company for 3 years. Very professional- amazing services- take care of customers want. The management and everything was great im so happy to choosed this company highly recommend this as of someone who stayed with them since 2020 till 2023. The only thing they charge me 1k for pet damaging which is wasn’t true because they wouldn’t do but still they are deserve for 5 star compare to other’s company this company can be one of the best⭐️❤️
