Fantastically friendly and helpful staff, cozy rooms, nice bathrooms, great location near the tube station. I booked day-before, and they also had a ton of changed reservations that night - they really hurried and got me a room as soon as they could and were great the whole way through. The showers are rain style and very nice. The water is quite good and I had no problems taking my medicine or making tea with the tap water. The breakfast was great - I had a full English fixed for me and a nice cup of tea. There also seems to be a well stocked bar and the prices look pretty good. Only a few notes - the rooms are a little warm in the summer, but they provide fans and keep the windows open and it was a comfy night. It can also be noisy at night since this is in a busy residential area close to a commercial complex. The rooms are small but feel modern, unlike the hotel's historic exterior might suggest. Overall, I highly recommend this and I would stay here again! This is a great place for a solo traveler or couples.

Worst Hotel Ever! Tiny rooms, Broken blinds in the rooms, no hot water on the first night then scalding towel rail the next. Parking is a dodgy back garden. Alex wanted to force free drinks on people then charge them. Tried to burst in my room with more free drinks. Dining room chairs basically collapsed on themselves. Absolute dive of a hotel

The hotel is budget friendly, classy, and with good taste in the finishing of the exterior and interior decoration, with marble and lights. My single room was cute and comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, my Continental/British breakfast was nice, and the hotel is strategically located about 2 minutes walk from a shopping arena and 20 minutes drive to Heathrow airport. My short stay there was such a good choice, and I will definitely be lodging there again in the future.

What you see is the result of bed bugs staying at this hotel on the 5th July 2023..... the first photos was the 1st day, the more angry looking is today the 2nd day, I will have 7-14 days of pain, itching for staying at this hotel. I cannot tell you how bad it is.... my husband is even worse. Avoid going here and waste your money elsewhere..... I was due to go to a wedding tomorrow and sadly we can't now looking like this.
