        While the building itself appeared to be in good condition, the interior of the hotel told a different story. We were disappointed with the breakfast, which fell short of our expectations, especially when compared to the same hotel chain's other locations. One concerning aspect was the proximity of a bathroom right in front of the breakfast counter where food was served, which raised hygiene concerns. Entering our room, we noticed worn-out carpets and signs of wear and tear that clearly indicated the need for renovation. The overall appearance left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the night staff didn't seem very welcoming, giving the impression that they were not enthusiastic about their roles. On a more positive note, the kitchen's facilities were satisfactory. However, the comfort of the bed left a lot to be desired. Considering the price we paid for our stay, we expected a higher standard of accommodation. In conclusion, while the hotel's exterior looked promising, the interior and certain aspects of our stay fell short of our expectations.

        Just moved to Houston and the moving company hadn't delivered our furniture for a week, so we stayed at the Hilton suites until the furniture arrived. Great place for the most part. It was very quiet except for a couple of people above us the last few days. They cleaned the rooms very nicely, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

        Hotel in Westchase area of West Houston, it sits in a business district with shopping and restaurants nearby. Check in was a mess because of incompetent associates. They also weren’t serving hot breakfast because of “health and safety” reasons. So we’re already off to a good start! In order to get to the elevators you have to walk through the breakfast area and through a doorway you’d never think to talk through. Maybe there was another way but this was how we were told. Once we got to our room, I wanted to vomit. The smell was sooooo bad. It smelled like someone cooked pizza and curry together and that smell covered the entire room. It was awful. So we unpack our things and start getting ready for dinner. If you need to shower, good luck. You can barely stand in it. It’s not flat on the bottom, it’s curved. Your ankles are forced to turn inwards and let me tell you, it hurts. Who in gods name bought tubs like this? They need to be fired. The AC unit is super loud, the toilet seat was loose, the windows were filthy, is anything right here?! And we could hear the people in the rooms next to us. When it was time to check out, no one was at the front desk and there was no key drop. Service is definitely lacking here. Wouldn’t stay here again.

        Sheets were dirty, could not use pull out couch bc drawers were broken on dresser. Lady staff was rude at check in and check out. Manger never called about my issues. Breakfast is expensive and if you don’t pay you basically are not eating. Also, the toilet would not flush properly and that never got fixed.

        Very dated rooms and furniture; upgrades needed; staff was not friendly when a plumbing issue with the bathroom facilities was reported; staff simply stated, “there is no one on duty for that and there is a restroom in the lobby.” Hotel windows are dirty so I didn’t have a good room view; the assistant manager at check in was very helpful.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
