Scammer host and Agoda services. They posted wrong photos and services. Dirty bed wrapping, no clean room after previous guests checking out (still hairs, nails, sands, bed wrap that previous guest using) , no toilet paper or sanitary kit sets, no towel, no any but have many German cockroaches can run freely in the room and your beds .. They denied to refund if you cannot stay more and early check in. Agoda cannot help, just waiting the host to say yes or no refund, no any power to protect the customers… both are scammers!!! Not recommend people to make same mistake as mine. Hotel 3* up is better option for your trip!!!

Great Apartment. Stay at picasso (rent services), the staff was friendly. Clean and large room for 3 person. Amenities and towel provided.

This based on my personal opinion and experience, the rating also based on the values for money. Collection O Vittoria Ressidence (210-250k IDR) Cleanliness (6/10) Bed, sheet, pillow (5/10) Bathroom and Towel (6/10) View from room (4/10) Room space and atmosphere (7/10) Amenities (6/10) Wifi (3/10) Swimming pool (8/10) Public transportation (2/10) Merchant nearby (7/10) Room service and staff (4/10) Another facility at apartement (6/10) - 3 lift (only 1 is usable for guest) - Parking area free of charges - The gym is so so, no spa. Tips or might be considered 1. If you look for a nice place to rest this is probably the best around this area with its prices, for staycation its a big no for me. 2. Water heater is work at first, but after 10-15 minutes it's not work anymore 3. Laundry (Addiotional cost) 4. No option for breakfast 5. I came to this place twice at different dates, the security in my first stay is quite rude and arrogant, the second time is friendly, dunno why. Overal for me it's (7,5/10) i would rate it 6 if its not because the room is spacious. 2 Nights Thank you for the stay.

First we got only 1 towel for double room. Because there isn’t telephone, i went to front office oyo for asking for another towel and tissue but the reception staff said their run out of towe. Later the house keeping come and said they have one towel left so we got the towel, but dont get the tissue. go to pool at 8th floor and try the gym near the pool with a very few facilities. the pool is good if only they have a proper maintenance. i mean it. the room ambience and lighting is comfy but the furniture is very "vulnerable" so be careful in there. the basic facilities also intact. long time unused water boiler, seems usable small fridge. there is cigarette burned mark on the sofa eventough we order nonsmoking room. thank god no cigarette smell left anyway. but inspite of that the night view from bedroom is awesome. the minimalist designand ambience are very nice.
