We booked a Deluxe Room but I'm not sure what less commodities you'd find in a non-delux Room;-)

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and well appointed. Housekeeping were great and willing to accommodate any needs we had, 3 stars feels like 5 stars, Overall great experience, highly recommended!

Abit dissapointed with the executive room that we booked through traveloka app, the app said to be no deposit required, but we have to pay during check-in. the bed was suppose to be 1 big bed but instead its 2 single bed put together so it looks like single bed. the size of the room exactly like deluxe room with additional bathtub. the hot water wasn't hot at all so I had to call receptionist to get it working. the breakfast menu mostly tasted like warmed yesterday's food (cold, chewy and bland). if you consider the pool when you pick a hotel, forget about it, too small and the water is rather dirty, also somehow you can smell "garbage odor" when you sit at the corner of the pool. i don't think i would consider book this hotel again
