Very old fashion room, they don't provide cleaning,they don't change towels, there is no hair shampoo, they don't refill the soap.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel. The check in was awful. The buildings are in a terrible neighborhood. There were people in the alley late at night breaking glass and partying. The bed was uncomfortable and queen size, not king. Sofa bed was horrible. My kids couldn’t get a good night sleep. No air conditioning in our type of apartment. Be VERY careful of which type of apartment you get. Ours was dusty and had wall damage. Maybe the positive reviews were based on another type of apartment? Our experience was awful.

We loved the location of this apartment as it was easy walking distance from most places in the city centre and metro station right outside. The tower block the apartment is in isn't of a standard you would expect for a holiday let but once inside standards did improve. Staff were friendly and helpful upon check-in.

The room was clean. The hallway is another story, but that doesn’t really matter. It’s very noisy from the other residens in the building. A LOT of banging on the walls at 2am. Extremely annoying. Headphones helped a little but I could still feel the banging on the bed. Location is very nice, close to metrostations and a lot in walking distance. It’s cheap so I guess you get what you pay for, but I would love to sleep trough a whole night without being woken up several times by noisy neighbours. If I come back to this city I would chose a hotel that has only hotel guests and not other people living next door. Only because of the noise.
