Excellent place to stay. Kitchen is clean and tidy and has everything you need. Common area is fairly spacious with plenty of comfy seats. Beds are comfortable too and there are cages below the beds with enough room for large bags. Balconies in some of the rooms and a larger shared one that gets lots of sun. Bathrooms are also very clean and cubicle, so very private. For people confused on how to get into the building, you would’ve been sent a link via email that takes you to an online home page with the virtual buttons. When checking in, it is not possible to arrive any earlier than the checkin in time assigned as the buttons will not work. Additionally I’ve seen a lot of people asking about bed allocations when checking in, which you can find by either scrolling down on the main page to the details section or by clicking the reservations page from the home menu. There is no room number, as Room 1 are beds 1-6, and Room 2 are beds 7-12, etc.

Great place to stay at for a night rest. It has all the amenities and worked well. The bed is comfortable and the hostel itself is located close to the station and even Bari Vecchia. Maddalena and Manuela asked me how my stay was the next morning which was sweet of them too. The downside is that there’s nobody at reception so if there’s any issues it’ll be hard to attend to. Also bring your own lock for your drawer to store valuables.

Overall good place to stay and met some nice people. Very close to the center. The bed was comfortable. Manuela e Maddalena are very kind and helpful! 4 stars because they charge €5 to store a small bag for the day which should be free, and there are no plugs in the room so you have to charge your portable charger unattended during the day in the main area if you want to charge your phone at night. I would stay again.

Had a nice stay at this hostel, it was very clean and the keyless door system is easy to manage. There was a bed bug situation, but I really don’t think it happened because to hostel is not well maintained, rather, a guest brought them there on their clothes or luggage or something. Nevertheless, the team working for the hostel had a quick and efficient reaction to this situation and managed to solve it. Things like this can happen and it is unfortunate, but they did a good job dealing with it!
