STAY AWAY. DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. REFUSED TO REFUND FOR STAY AFTER NEEDING TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE. Room was so dirty and no one was staffed so we had to leave to get another room. Hair all over sheets and pillows. Mold all over shower. Broken Air conditioning. No wifi working in the room. Shower drain was broken toilet paper holder was broken. We went back the next morning when the desk staff was back and were verbally promised a refund and their apologies. Now they're telling my credit card we left without notifying which is FALSE and they're refusing to give us our money back. I have traveled a lot and have stayed at places that cost $10 a night with better cleanliness and respect than this place. This place was $150 a night and I would rather had slept on the streets than in the room it was so dirty.

Impeccable location, right in the heart of the nicest neighborhood of BCN. The service was great and the staff were really attentive & accommodating. It’s a basic place, but it’s got everything you need for a comfortable stay. Affordable price points for the facility and great location. Would 100% recommend the place.

I was very disappointed, the ratings indicated a good hotel room but unfortunately the room didn't get cleaned regularly. There was mold in the shower and the toilet paper holder was broken. The Hotel is located conveniently in the center of the city. But the bad service and thin walled rooms are not worth the price.

Absolutely loved our room, such a quirky hotel and in a great location. The Renfe (Rodalies) train from the airport goes straight into the nearby station, also for Metro, and there are several bus routes outside. Passeig de Gràcia is lined with just about every designer shop you could think of. The hotel is located inside the building marked as Restaurant Pomodoro - took us a couple of attempts to find it! Staff very friendly and helpful, room very clean, bed re-made and fresh towels every day. Spacious room and really comfy (king?) bed. Lovely walk-in shower. Nespresso coffee maker in the room plus fridge and safe. Not exactly soundproofed, but quieter than most hotels I've stayed in. Highly recommend a balcony room if you can get one. Would definitely stay here again, great value for money.

Location couldn't be any better! Right on the fanciest part of the fanciest street in town, with 2 of Gaudi's masterpieces just meters (yes meters) away, and close to everything. The hotel itself is in a historical building with a lot of charm. The rooms are small but very very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For the price it scores a 10 out of 10 without any doubt!
