For the money you are paying, it is okay but you can find a better spot honestly. It's good for sleeping at night only. Bed a bit reminds me of the grave. So tight no enough space for sitting on your bed. I have lived there for a week because I got a deal for 110 bhat per night so in general it was great staying and I can't nag about it 🤣🤣

Very nice lady owner. She stays there for 24 hours and is ready to help you any time. We check out at 2 am and she was super helpful. She also gave us waiting scale to measure our luggage. She can also call a taxi for you. This lady is doing a hard work to manage this place. However, if you are a family this place is not your piece of cake. If you are alone then you may consider this place but better hostels are also available in this price. AC was working good. Near to bus and metro station. We got a bottle of water on the name of welcome drink after we asked. Rooms are very small even a bed smaller than queen size was not a fit. If you want to cook anything it will cost you 10 bhat.
