Big déception ! I wouldn't recommend this hostel. Best location for visiting Zagreb and agreeable bedrooms BUT 1) cheap and low quality mattresses and beddings 2) no heating (apparently you have to rent a remote control for air conditioning to heat the room) 3) no real bathroom but either a very tiny WC or 5he shower 4) repairs or maintenance needed everywhere (very week wifi, electric plugs, window blind falling apart) 5) the owner is fast never there (then you'd better arrive early or accept to check-in and pay online) 6) there are camera monitoring all common areas (you feel like being in some Orwellian fiction) 7) there was a major scum/fishing attempt after I had booked with Booking.

Very central. 3 minutes from main square and tram to bus station(15 minute walk from bus station). I had a single room. Heavy rain on a roof outside my window woke me one night. Can also hear music from the adjacent club and from the square. Bathroom and showers were tiny but they do the job. Gia is chatty and fun and helpful and is fluent in English. She arranged a taxi for me for an early flight.

A great place to stay in Zagreb if you’re seeking affordable and convenient accommodation! Location couldn’t be better - it’s right in the city center, you’ll access all major sights quickly by walk. At the same time the hostel in on the side street so it’s quite despite high traffic and rich nightlife around. Rooms are clean and cosy, you have all you need there, towels are included. There’re two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a living room in the shared area. The host is polite and optimistic. Definitely recommend it!

4,5 Stars from us :) The location is amazing! It's directly in the city center and everything we need was reached by tram or walk. Just for feel comfortable we use the taxi to the airport (around 200/250 Kuna) A few supermarkets are very close. Food and shops and sightseeing was very close. Easy to reach by walk. The host was very cute and nice. We had a nice welcoming and explaination. The rooms are very cute decorated. All we need was there. A small kitchen, bathroom, toilets. We had a small problem and after a short Whatsapp the problem was solved. That's very kind and direct communication. That was really nice. This was our first experience in a hostel and it was very successful. We will repeat! We stayed for 4 nights and we felt very well here. The price was also very acceptable. The building is very chic and have a lot of charm. The old windows are not perfect isolated, but that's the building itself. So also here we arranged ourself. After a long day of sightseeing we was so tired that we sleept fast and hear nothing from the outside anymore. The rooms was clean, just the shower was little bit old and not 100% perfect, but it was enough. We say thank you, for let us be your guest! XoXo Family Lahmoun, sent you wishes from Germany:)
