I loved this hostel! They just renovated the rooms and bathrooms and they are spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The hostel is in a super good location, so you can go everywhere in Rome easily by public transport. The staff is amazing, always welling to help you. This was an amazing experience. It looks fine at first but actually horrible. I came here with a tour in October. - We were given 3 sets of keys for a room of 8 because "lots of our guests lost their keys so we will not give out keys to everyone anymore". - The mattresses and the inner corners of the bed were filthy - Only 3 outlets in a room of 8 made it hard to get your phone charged. - Both toilets had broken door handles and door was stuck won't open fully. - Zero privacy for the shower as they are clear glass and hot water stopped halfway. - NO BLANKETS WERE PROVIDED!! Everyone had to use their own clothes as blankets I have pictures to prove that I have stayed in this hostel and just look at how the owner reacts to criticisms here... Bottom line. If you want something slightly better than sleeping on the street maybe it's worth a shot.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Dirt and stench everywhere, especially in the rooms and in the luggage room. The hairdryer appeared broken and the bedding was both stained and unclothed - disgusting. Worst of all, both my friends and I were bitten by bedbugs in the hotel. We are currently struggling with wounds and pain - unfortunately, we are forced to have a professional extermination of our homes, which entails additional costs. The hotel does not reply to emails with complaints. If I do not receive a refund for my stay, I will insert photos of my wounds. I have suffered damage to my health at this hotel. Take care! Stay away from this place, otherwise your trip may turn into a nightmare just like ours did.
