Nice and quiet place. Very friendly owners. Had no problems to move in a little earlier since my train arrived in the morning.

Convenient location. If you go out of them onto the street, then we have the following: you go to the left - you will get to the Botanical Garden (30 meters), if you go to the right - you will come to Abanotubani, and if you go straight - you will go up the steps to the Narikala Fortress. A caveat: you can’t get to the apartments by car - there are barriers below. And the climb uphill from Abanotubani is 200-300 meters. The owner was never seen - all issues were resolved through the grandmother, who lives above. There is no decent corkscrew or wine glasses in the room! And this is in Georgia. Horror! -1⭐ It wouldn’t hurt to update the renovation: the wallpaper is peeling off somewhere, make the lighting brighter. -1⭐ But for one or two pilgrims these are quite comfortable apartments. There were three of us: me, my wife and our 7-month-old daughter.
